Well on windows 95 its not System32, it's actually the System folder but both are the same thing

It said "Access Denied". That means it didn't let you delete it. You were manually stopping windows when you restarted. The system was still there. FRAUD.
Look again, the FIRST time I ran it it DIDNT say access denied, the second time I did it said access denied, so SUCK IT
